Due to the current Royal Mail postal strikes, we recommend you use the Evri (2-4 Day) service. We cannot guarantee your order will arrive before Christmas due to strikes which have affected all delivery services.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you aren’t, we have a 30 day return policy. After the 30 day period has expired we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and in the original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of certain products for sanitary reasons. These items include, but are not limited to, earrings and all other pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Returning your item
If you would like to return an item please follow the instructions below:
1. Please email us at email@example.com stating your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason.
2. After receiving your request, we will send you a returns authorisation and details of where to send your item(s).
3. Once we have received your return, it will be processed as soon as possible and your refund issued (if applicable) to the same payment method used in the original order.
Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to post the return and bear the cost of doing so. Original shipping costs non-refundable.
We recommend that a trackable, insured shipping service is used for your security.
